1. Operator, Scope, and Acceptance
Cirvgreen is operated under the licensed trade name CirvGreen Education & Training Computer Software in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These Terms govern access to Cirvgreen websites, hosted services, accounts, and related support.
Downloading, installing, or using a GPL-licensed WordPress plugin locally does not by itself create an agreement to use a Cirvgreen hosted service. These Terms apply when an authorized user creates or uses an account, requests a Cirv Sight pairing code, pairs a site, or otherwise accesses a hosted service through a clearly presented acceptance flow. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
2. Services
Cirvgreen provides digital products and services including:
- GPL-licensed WordPress plugins
- Hosted tools and evidence services, including Cirv Sight
- Documentation, reports, professional services, and support
Specific service scope, eligibility, delivery terms, and commercial terms may be stated in an order, checkout, pilot agreement, or other written service description. If a service-specific document conflicts with these Terms, that document controls only for the service-specific subject it addresses.
3. GPL WordPress Plugins and Hosted Services
Cirvgreen WordPress plugins are licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later. These Terms do not add restrictions to rights granted under the GPL. If these Terms conflict with the GPL concerning plugin code, the GPL controls for that code.
The Cirv Sight WordPress plugin is free and contains no plugin-side licence check, paid feature gate, time-limited trial, or usage cutoff. A Cirv Sight account and one-time pairing code are required because pairing, authentication, and connector-event processing occur in the external hosted service. A connector binding expires after 90 days as a security-credential lifetime and may be renewed with a fresh pairing code; it is not a plugin trial or payment limit.
Access to a hosted service may be subject to account approval and to commercial terms presented separately before purchase. Those hosted-service terms do not change the rights granted for GPL plugin code.
4. Cirv Sight Connector
Cirv Sight is an administrator-initiated hosted evidence service. Nothing is sent by the WordPress connector until an authorized administrator explicitly pairs the site. Pair, Send, Disconnect, and Rotate actions contact the Cirv Sight service, as do bounded retries needed to complete the same administrator-initiated operation safely.
Connector transfers and infrastructure processing are described in the Privacy Policy. The connector does not send page content, page paths, visitor records, email addresses, cookies, consent records, prompts, citations, analytics, payment data, API keys, share-of-voice values, or the local private signing key.
5. Accounts, Site Authority, and Security
When you create or use an account or connector, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current
- Connect only a site that you own, control, or are authorized to administer
- Ensure that each person pairing, sending, disconnecting, or rotating a connector is authorized to act for the relevant site and account
- Protect account credentials, pairing codes, connector identifiers, and sensitive diagnostics
- Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access or misuse
Temporary access supplied privately to an authorized platform reviewer may be used only for the stated evaluation and must not be published, disclosed outside the authorized review team, or reused after that review.
6. Customer Inputs and Source Rights
You retain your rights in material you submit. You grant Cirvgreen the limited rights necessary to host, process, secure, and return that material to provide the requested service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
You must have all rights and permissions required to provide any domain, export, prompt set, source material, instructions, or other input submitted to a service. You must not submit material that is unlawful, infringes another party's rights, contains credentials or secrets other than service-issued authentication values submitted through the service's designated secure workflow, or exceeds the data categories expressly admitted by the service.
7. Evidence and Output Limitations
Cirv Sight records evidence available from authorized inputs and approved sources at a particular time. Complete, partial, not-observed, and failed states remain distinct. Results are not exhaustive or causal and do not guarantee citations, rankings, traffic, revenue, share of voice, or future performance.
Reports, metadata, and recommendations are informational. They are not legal, regulatory, security, accessibility, privacy, financial, or other professional certification or advice, and they do not create payment obligations between publishers, crawlers, AI providers, or other third parties. You remain responsible for decisions made using service outputs.
8. Purchases, Payments, and Orders
Plugins distributed through the WordPress.org Plugin Directory are provided without charge through that directory. Hosted services, professional services, and other paid offerings may have separate fees.
The price, currency, taxes, payment schedule, renewal terms, cancellation rights, and refund terms for a paid offering will be presented in the applicable order or checkout before purchase. No recurring charge begins unless it is expressly accepted through that process. A later price change does not alter an already accepted order unless that order permits it.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not use a hosted service to:
- Violate applicable law or another party's rights
- Access or test systems, sites, accounts, or data without authorization
- Disrupt, overload, bypass, or interfere with service security, rate limits, authentication, or availability
- Introduce malware, spam, deceptive content, or credentials and secrets that the service does not request
- Collect from a source through a method that is not authorized by that source or by applicable terms
- Misrepresent incomplete, partial, failed, or not-observed results as verified absence, certification, endorsement, or guaranteed performance
- Resell access to a hosted service unless a written agreement permits it
These acceptable-use restrictions apply to hosted services. They do not prohibit inspection, modification, redistribution, or other exercise of rights granted by the GPL for plugin code.
10. Connector Lifecycle
Deactivation retains local connector data. Disconnect requests remote revocation and removes local credentials only after the service acknowledges the exact request. Rotate revokes the old binding before requiring a fresh pairing code. Uninstall removes local plugin data but does not contact Cirv Sight, independently revoke a remote binding, or itself delete remote records. Administrators should disconnect before uninstalling when immediate remote revocation is required.
Remote processing, retention, and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy. Terminating hosted-service access does not revoke GPL rights in plugin code and does not remotely uninstall or disable local code.
11. Privacy and Third-Party Infrastructure
The Privacy Policy explains the personal data and service metadata we process, the providers used for relevant features, and the applicable retention and deletion practices. You are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any permissions required for your own use of a service.
12. Support, Availability, and Service Changes
Plugin support is available through the applicable WordPress.org support forum and the Cirvgreen contact page. Do not post pairing codes, connector identifiers, credentials, or sensitive diagnostics in a public forum. Response targets are not service-level commitments unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Hosted services may be changed, maintained, interrupted, or discontinued. We will provide reasonable notice of a material reduction or discontinuation where practicable, but may act immediately where needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of users or infrastructure. No service level or remedy applies unless stated in a separate written agreement.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or suspend hosted-service access for a material breach of these Terms, non-payment under an accepted order, unauthorized use, security risk, abuse, or a legal requirement. Where practicable, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue. We may act without prior notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary to address a security, abuse, or legal risk.
You may stop using a hosted service and may request account closure through the contact page. Account closure or suspension may revoke hosted connector bindings. Local plugin code remains governed by the GPL. Remote records remain subject to the Privacy Policy and any applicable order, legal obligation, or dispute-preservation requirement.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Cirvgreen owns the rights in its website, branding, hosted-service software, and proprietary methodology. GPL plugin code remains governed by its GPL licence. Customer inputs remain subject to Section 6, and third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights. Ownership and permitted use of any paid deliverable may also be addressed in the applicable order.
15. Warranties and Mandatory Rights
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, websites and hosted services are provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, absolute security, or that a result will be complete or suitable for every purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, consumer protection, or other right that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cirvgreen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from use of a website or hosted service. This limitation does not apply to liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit or exclude.
17. Business-User Indemnity
If you use a hosted service on behalf of a business or organization, you will indemnify Cirvgreen against third-party claims arising from material you submit without required rights, your unlawful use of the service, or your material breach of these Terms. This section does not apply where or to the extent applicable law does not permit it.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The updated page will state its effective date. Where practicable, we will provide advance notice of a material change to a hosted service agreement, except where a change is required promptly for law or security. Continued use of the affected hosted service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law. A Terms update does not change rights already granted under the GPL for plugin code.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to any mandatory rights or forum that applicable law provides, disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
20. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be applied to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
